1. personal details and performance recording

Your data will be treated confidentially when you register on the HeKoSa homepage and will be used for your presence in the search for midwives, information on free capacities and to compile statistics for midwives working in Saxony. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
Your information is your responsibility, must be provided with the necessary evidence and always kept up to date.

The information regarding registration as a midwife can be viewed by HeKoSa and can be changed in certain cases, e.g. if data has been verifiably entered incorrectly.

Profiles that have been created can be paused during an internal HeKoSa data check. In this case, the midwife will be informed about this by email from HeKoSa and can activate her profile independently after appropriate clarification.

2. Specialist days/training courses

We expressly reserve the right to make changes to the program as long as the overall character of the event is thereby preserved. Changes in speakers, insignificant changes in the course of the event or a reasonable change of venue do not entitle you to reduce the price or withdraw from the contract. If we have to cancel a specialist day/training, you will receive a refund of the participation fees you have paid. Further claims are excluded, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent behavior by employees or other vicarious agents of HeKoSa.
Participation fees paid can be refunded in the event of non-participation and proper cancellation up to a maximum of 4 weeks before the event.

3. Certificate

After the specialist day has ended, you will receive a confirmation of participation, which also serves as proof for the tax office.

4. Disclaimer

We are not liable for theft, damage or loss of items brought along during specialist days/training courses. We assume no liability for damage caused by or through other participants.

Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws in accordance with Section 7 Paragraph 1 TMG. However, according to Sections 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
